We serve residential and commercial customers in Golden Gate, FL and the surrounding Southwest Florida communities. All work is performed by licensed professionals in accordance with applicable Florida building codes and permit requirements.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Golden Gate Concrete & Masonry are based on a physical on-site assessment of the work requested. Estimates are not binding quotes until confirmed in writing and signed by both parties.

• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise noted in writing.
• Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes after the estimate is accepted, or if hidden conditions are discovered during the job that could not have been reasonably anticipated during the initial assessment.
• Any change to the original scope will be communicated to you in writing before additional work proceeds, unless an emergency condition requires immediate action to prevent further damage.
• Prices listed on our website or in any marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only and are not binding.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Work is scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis following written agreement on scope and price. We will confirm your scheduled start date in writing or by phone.

• You may cancel or reschedule without penalty if you provide at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled start date.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs already incurred.
• We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, material availability, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible in these situations.
• If you cancel a job after materials have been ordered or fabricated specifically for your project, you may be responsible for the cost of those materials.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your written estimate or contract. Standard terms are as follows unless otherwise specified in writing:

• A deposit may be required before work begins, particularly on larger or material-intensive projects. The deposit amount will be stated in your written agreement.
• Final payment is due upon completion of the work, unless a different schedule is agreed upon in writing.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated to you at the time of your estimate.
• Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of up to 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
• Disputes over invoiced amounts must be raised in writing within 10 days of receipt. Undisputed amounts remain due by the original payment date.

6. Warranty Disclaimers

Where a warranty is offered, the specific terms - including what is covered, the duration, and any conditions - will be stated in your written agreement or on a separate warranty document provided at job completion.

Except as expressly stated in a written warranty, all services are provided "as is." We do not make any implied warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

Warranty coverage may be voided if:

• Work performed by another contractor alters or affects the area we repaired.
• Damage results from events outside our control, including storms, flooding, earthquakes, or other acts of nature.
• The customer has not followed maintenance guidance provided at job completion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Golden Gate Concrete & Masonry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the performance of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that project.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed to us or that were not discoverable through a standard visual assessment. We are also not responsible for damage caused by utility lines, pipes, or other concealed infrastructure that was not marked prior to our work beginning.
